Email subscriptions now available

It's taken me a while but I'm there: you can now subscribe by clicking on the burger menu (three lines top left) and then n "Subscribe to Stacey and the Septuagenarian by email". You need to enter your email address and then you should get a daily email for every day there's been an update.

I've also heard it's not all that easy to comment so I'll try and look into that again. (I fear it's bigger than me but I'll see what I can do!)
